Graham
Main Writer
Hi, I’m Graham. I’m the main writer at Not an FSD Tracker, covering how Tesla Full Self-Driving (Supervised) is regulated, approved, and used on public roads.
I previously worked at Tesla and have owned three Teslas, all with FSD. I live in the United Kingdom and travel frequently to the United States and across Europe. That mix of markets lets me use FSD where it is available, compare how it behaves under different rules, and speak directly with owners about what is working, what is delayed, and what regulators are actually requiring.
My reporting focuses on primary sources: type-approval authorities, UNECE and EU processes, official government statements, and documented owner experience. The aim is clear, independent coverage that helps readers understand both the legal path and the real-world product.
This project is independent and is not affiliated with Tesla, Inc., any vehicle manufacturer, or any government or regulatory body.
What I Focus On
- National and regional FSD Supervised approvals and recognition routes
- UNECE regulations, EU type approval, and how national authorities apply them
- Testing programs, mileage requirements, and safety evidence used in decisions
- Actions by key regulators such as the RDW (Netherlands), VCA and related UK processes, and other type-approval bodies
- Real-world FSD use across the UK, Europe, and the US, including owner feedback
- Clear separation of confirmed regulatory facts from expectation or rumour
Articles I write are compiled from public regulatory documents, official announcements, primary statements, and first-hand observation where relevant. They are provided for general guidance only.
