Hi, I'm Graham Barker. I'm the editor and main writer at Not an FSD Tracker, an independent publication that covers Tesla Full Self-Driving (Supervised): where it is approved, how regulators decide, and how it behaves on real roads.

I live in the United Kingdom. I previously worked in a senior engineering role at Tesla until 2022. After leaving Tesla I kept following FSD as an owner and reporter. I drive my third Tesla with the FSD package, and I spend time in markets where Supervised is already live as well as markets still waiting on approval.

My reporting focuses on primary sources: type-approval decisions, ministry statements, UNECE and EU process documents, and official Tesla materials. When we cite community reports or media, we label them clearly and prefer a document we can link.

Not an FSD Tracker is owned and operated by VG Digital Solutions Limited. It is not affiliated with Tesla, Inc., any vehicle manufacturer, or any government regulator. Funding comes from private operation of the site, Original Content Rewards and related programmes on X, Patreon support, and affiliate or similar commercial links where disclosed. Editorial decisions are not sold.

I write the news and analysis pieces on this site, maintain the country trackers with public sources, and handle corrections. The goal is practical clarity for owners and anyone watching the approval path: what is confirmed, what is still pending, and what is only rumour. Readers should always check the original regulator or Tesla page before acting on a date or status shown here. If something on the site is wrong, email me and we will fix it on the record.
