News
Time-sensitive facts from primary sources: approvals, filings, and official statements. We link sources and keep claims tied to what the document or authority actually says.
Analysis
Interpretation, context, and comparisons. When a piece goes beyond a straight report of what a source said, we treat it as analysis and keep speculation labelled as such.
Tracker data
Tables and maps compiled from public regulatory and Tesla sources. They are for general guidance only, may lag official pages, and should be verified with the relevant authority or Tesla before you rely on them.
Sources (priority order)
- Official documents and regulator pages
- Tesla.com and official Tesla channels
- Named public statements from officials
- X and other social posts: useful as tips only until corroborated; we quote and link when used; we never treat a post alone as type approval
Conflicts
The editor discloses Tesla ownership history and FSD ownership on the author page. The site is not Tesla-affiliated.
Corrections
How we fix errors, and a public log, are on the corrections page.
