Tesla FSD Luxembourg: FSD (Supervised) TAD approval status
Tesla Assisted Driving, FSD (Supervised) TAD, isn't approved for owners in Luxembourg. In a written answer to parliament on 20 October 2026, Mobility Minister Yuriko Backes called it driver assistance and said any change must follow EU procedures.

Ministerial testing authorisation granted
MP Marc Goergen and the Ministers of Mobility and the Economy announced that a ministerial authorisation has been granted to Tesla to carry out tests with its Full Self-Driving (FSD) supervised system.
